1. Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of the site, and they apply between you and Pegdesk Medien UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin, the company that operates globalcasinospot.com. The site is an independent comparison site published and edited by Theo Brandt from Berlin, Germany. Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept the terms, the only remedy is to close the page without using the site.

2. What this site is

The site publishes information about online casinos that accept dollar-pegged stablecoins, principally information about the fees that the casinos apply to move funds in and out. globalcasinospot.com is a comparison and editorial site.

It is not a gambling operator. We accept no bets, run no games, hold no funds of players and operate no accounts. We have no access to any account you hold with any casino, no ability to alter one, and no relationship with any operator that would let us intervene on your behalf. Anything you do at a casino is a matter between you and that operator, under their terms.

3. Age and legality

This site is for adults 18 years of age or older. Some countries require individuals to be of a higher age to participate in gambling activities. Where those countries set the age higher, theirs applies to you and not the age stated here.

The law regarding gambling varies from country to country, and in some cases, from region to region within the same country. The operators that are covered on this website hold licences issued in Curacao or Anjouan, and accept players from many different countries. That is a completely different thing from being lawful where you happen to be sitting. 4. The figures on this site

Every figure published here was read from an operator's own cashier, terms or public pages on the date recorded on the page. That is the strongest form the information can take and it is still a snapshot.

Operators can and do change their floors, fees, withdrawal methods, bonuses and pre-selected rails whenever they wish, usually without announcing it. A figure that was correct when it was read from a cashier can be wrong a week later through nobody's fault. So:

5. Nothing here is advice

The content of this site is factual and editorial in nature and is not financial, investment, legal, tax or gambling advice. The scores indicate how well an operator answers one specific question regarding the cost of moving a stablecoin, and do not indicate in any way that individuals should open an account with that company.

Gambling carries a real risk of financial harm, and every game covered here is built so that the operator retains a percentage of everything wagered over time. 6. Affiliate links and how we are paid

By linking to them we make no representations or warranties as to their content or their compliance with any regulations, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the specific point it was cited for. Once you leave, their terms and their privacy policy apply to you and ours do not.

8. Intellectual property

All the text, tables, charts, page structure and original graphics on this website are the property of globalcasinospot unless otherwise stated. The per-rail readings behind the comparison tables took a long time to gather and they are the substance of this site.

You are welcome to quote a figure or a short passage in an article, a forum post or a piece of research, with attribution and a link to the page it came from. You may not republish the tables in their entirety, scrape the site to rebuild them elsewhere, or present this work as your own. Casino names, logos and trade marks belong to the owners of those casinos and are used for identification only.

9. Acceptable use

Use the site as a reader would. Specifically, do not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its host or anything connected to it
• Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site's availability for anyone else
• Run automated collection at a rate that burdens the server
• Use anything from the site for an unlawful purpose, or in a way that misrepresents what it says

10. Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything published here, including gambling losses, losses caused by a figure that changed after it was read, a transfer sent to the wrong network, a deposit that fell below an operator's minimum, or anything an operator does or fails to do.

That exclusion is not an attempt to escape responsibility for the quality of the work. It reflects what a comparison site actually controls, which is the accuracy of a reading on the day it was taken, and not the behaviour of a casino, a blockchain or a market. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Availability and changes

12. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Germany, where the operating company is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove the protection of any mandatory law of your own country that applies to you regardless.
