Contact: what we can help with, and what we cannot

One inbox, read by the person who writes the pages. Corrections are the most valuable thing you can send and they go to the front of the queue. A few things people write in about are genuinely outside what a comparison site can do, and those are listed here too.

Email theo@globalcasinospot.com. If your message concerns a particular figure, please put the page name in the subject line, and be sure to include the date you accessed/observed the item in question. There's no contact form on this site because the point is to skip a step and not lose the screenshot, and that's the part that counts.

What is worth writing in about

There are four types of message that receive an authentic response, the first of which is more valuable to this site than the other three combined.

A figure here that is out of date

Operators change deposit floors, rebalance fees, and alter the pre-selected network without notifying you. If the cashier in front of you objects to a paragraph here, the cashier is correct and we would prefer to hear it from you instead of discovering it months later.

A cashier we have not read

Ten casinos are named, as ten cashiers have been properly read. If there is an operator worth adding, say which one and why, and it joins the queue. Nothing is added because it asked, and nothing is skipped because it did not.

Something on a page that is unclear

If you find yourself glancing back at a table and re-reading it to understand it, that is a failure of that table. Let us know which one and what about it was not clear. Several of the captions on this site appear because someone said the above chart was not obvious.

A question the guides do not answer

The preceding twelve guides cover deposit, fees, wagering maths and paperwork. If your question is not answered in any of these, then this is usually a page that we are yet to write, and your alerting us to it is useful.

What a useful correction looks like

There are two things that make a report complete, and they don't take a minute.

Take a screenshot of the screen you are on, along with the date you visited that page. This is sufficient. For deposit floors, make sure the screenshot includes the selected coin and network tab, as this is what the figure corresponds to and without this it cannot be matched to a row. For withdrawal fees, the page prior to confirmation displays the figure.

What happens next is fixed. We've never checked the claim against our notes, because our notes have been called into question; we check it against the operator's real-time screen. If the claim is true, then the figure on the page changes; with the figure, the date changes, and all other pages with this figure on them are simultaneously updated. If the previous figure could have potentially misled someone, the page reads as it did before.

That’s not how editing happens here. The reason the reviews have blank fields is the same reason there’s this rule: a page you can’t check is a page you can’t trust, and a site that makes silent corrections is a site that requests faith where it could provide evidence.

The complete scoring policy, including the five weights for each score, can be found on the review methodology page.

Four things we genuinely cannot do

People write in about all four, usually at a bad moment, and a fast honest answer is more use than a sympathetic slow one.

By frequency of message arrival and how little we can do about it. All four have a useful next-step link, and three of the four answers were posted by the operator prior to your registration.
Warning

If it's gambling that's the problem, not a number from a page, contact one of the organisations below. GamCare, GambleAware, the National Council on Problem Gambling, Gambling Help Online and Gamblers Anonymous are free, confidential, and independent of any casino and this site. They are listed and linked on the responsible gambling page and none of them will expect you to have ceased already before you contact them.

Operators, affiliates and press

All of these are handled at the same address, and the responses are brief enough to provide here.

If you're a casino and you want it on the site, the offer is that it gets read. That means an account, one screen per coin per network on both sides, the terms read in full, and a score from the same five weights as everyone else. Listings are not for sale, table positions are not for sale, and no operator sees a page before it goes live. Several operators here rank below casinos that pay us less.

If you think a figure about your casino is inaccurate, this correction, like any other reader's, will be happily made: just send the screen and the date. A figure will be altered because a screenshot dictates it - not because a commercial team requests it.

For media and researchers, please feel free to refer to the figures on this site, providing you link to the page from which you take the figures. The per-rail readings behind the tables are our own (and took us years to collect), so please reference these directly, leaving the tables here. If you want to know how something was measured prior to citing it, please ask us and we will respond frankly.

The about page and methodology detail everything on how the site earns and what it refuses.

Questions about getting in touch

How do I contact globalcasinospot? Toggle

Write to theo@globalcasinospot.com. This is one inbox, the same person who writes the pages reads it, and there is no contact form, no ticket number, and no chat widget in the corner. Put what it's about in the subject line and it will be read more quickly.

What makes a correction useful? Toggle

A screenshot of the screen you are looking at, the date you saw it, and which page here disagrees with it. That’s all there is to it. A reader looking at a live cashier today is a better source than a page written weeks ago, and any corrections will be published on the page with the date attached.

Can you help me get money back from a casino? Toggle

No, and it is important to clarify that. We do not hold any player funds, we do not have access to any casino account, nor do we have any relationship that could allow us to intervene in one. A confirmed blockchain transfer is final and cannot be reversed by anyone. What we can do is refer you to the published terms of the operator to see what has been agreed.

Can you close my casino account or self-exclude me? Toggle

No. You need to request self-exclusion from the operator, and there is no national scheme for the casinos listed here. If you want something that will work without getting an operator to agree to it, then blocking software for your own machines is the tool, and the responsible gambling page outlines the options in order of strength.

I run a casino. Can we be added to the site? Toggle

You can be read, which is not the same offer. Listings are not for sale, positions in a table are not for sale, and no operator sees a page before it is published. If you want a cashier read, say so and it joins the queue on the same terms as everything else here.

How quickly will I get a reply? Toggle

Usually within a few working days, because one person reads the inbox. Corrections come before anything else, as a misplaced statistic on a live page will cost a reader money and an answer to a general question is not delayed.

I spent two years reading other people's payment problems in a support queue, so I have a reasonable idea of what a useful message looks like and what a frustrating reply feels like. Send the screen and the date and you will get a straight answer, including on the days when the straight answer is that there is nothing anyone can do.
