Wagering Requirements in Dollars: run the sum yourself

A multiple on its own tells you almost nothing. Four numbers from the terms turn it into a figure in dollars and a number of spins, and the second one is usually what kills the offer. This is the arithmetic, worked on the ten cashiers we have read so you can run it on any other.

  • 187xbetween the easiest and hardest bonus to clear, in spins
  • 500spins a day for 30 days, at one casino's ordinary cap
  • 160expected cost of clearing a 100 bonus at 40x
Required turnover on a 100 USDT deposit divided by the largest bet each casino allows while the wagering runs, on a log scale due to a spread of 187x. Flush is highest due to its cap being 0.20 outside the top tier, where a 3,000 turnover at 0.20 is 15,000 spins in a 30-day window.

The wagering requirement sum, in four lines

All offers in this market consist of the following four calculations. All of them can be done with just the terms sheet and a calculator.

  1. 01

Turnover equals the multiple times its base

Determine what the multiple applies to. A 40x on 100 bonus is 4,000. If the terms wager the deposit as well, that same 40x is 8,000, and the banner still says 40x.

  2. 02

Divide the turnover by the contribution rate

If the game you intend to play weighs 20%, your 4,000 becomes 20,000. At BetFury's 0.2 coefficient on its own Originals, 4,000 also becomes 20,000. This step is skipped more than any other.

  3. 03

Multiply the turnover by the house edge

That is the expected cost expressed in dollars. With a working edge of 4%, $4,000 of turnover has an expected loss of $160. Compare it to the bonus - if the cost is greater, the deal is set against you from the outset.

  4. 04

Divide the turnover by the maximum bet

This is the number of spins, and dividing it again by the days in the window yields spins per day. This is the line that determines whether or not a human can complete it.

What a wagering requirement is actually multiplying

Two casinos can print 40x and mean numbers that are four times apart. The multiple is the part they advertise; the base and the contribution rate are the parts that decide the answer.

The base is either the bonus or both

Razed bets the bonus and your deposit together. On a $100 deposit with a $100 match that is 8,000 turnover against a bonus-only casino's 4,000, from an identical headline. One word in the terms doubles the requirement, and it is the first word to look for.

Contribution is a second multiple

BetFury Originals contribute 0.2 times to the wager, which means that a 40x wager is actually a 200x wager on the games BetFury promotes the most, Mega Dice. Slots are counted in full, tables at 20%, and dice, arcade, and roulette not at all.

Some games contribute nothing

BitStarz wagering requirements casino games count table games, live, instant win, lottery and bingo each at 5%, and progressive jackpots at zero. Razed wagering requirements exclude sports bets from wagering at all. Playing a game excluded from the wagering requirements while the clearing process is underway doesn’t just slow the clearing down, it stops it.

The window runs regardless

Razed gives you 7 days, Bets.io 7, BetFury and 7Bit 14, Flush and Cloudbet 30. Two of the ten do not state a window at all. Turnover you have not completed when the clock stops is turnover you paid for and did not use.

Warning

There are two casinos in our sample that do not give a multiple at all. Bets.io advertises 225% and does not state a no wagering figure anywhere in its bonus terms, while BC.Game states a formula and releases the bonus based on the volume wagered. It is not possible to run the above-quoted sum in either case, which is not a gap but a finding: an offer whose cost cannot be calculated prior to acceptance is an offer priced against you.

The clauses that void the sum entirely

Four numbers give you a cost, while a fifth set of terms determines whether that cost ever has the chance to matter, and BitStarz has the most glaring instance of this practice on our list.

The bonus has a maximum bet of 5, prohibits bonus purchases and double-up bets, and includes a little clause that seems to be missed by most folks: your balance must never fall below 0.10 or the bonus will be voided. Combine this with 4,000 wagering requirements and the locked deposit, and it becomes clear: you are expected to complete 800 spins at the maximum bet with your balance not once being 10 cents or less, and on any given game that is almost guaranteed to happen on an average losing streak. If the bonus is voided, the entire bonus and anything won from it is lost, and if the bonus expires, the same result.

Said sum is thus a floor to the cost and never a ceiling. Prior to consenting, check for the balance minimum, the excluded bet types, the locked deposit, and the consequences of cancellation. These four sentences appear most often lower down the same page as the multiple, and it is these that ultimately determine whether the offer can be entirely lost.

Why a better game clears a wagering requirement slower

When playing at a fixed multiple casino, the advice is simple. Your turnover will be the same regardless of wager, so the game with the lowest house edge will cost you the least in terms of turnover. Aim to find the highest RTP game that the casino offers to keep as much of your deposit as possible.

BC.Game reverses the logic. It does not publish a multiple; it releases the locked bonus against wagered volume on a formula, and the formula is denominated in what the house expects to make. Worked through on a $100 deposit, that is roughly $450,000 of turnover on a 98% RTP game and about $1,800,000 on its lowest-edge originals.

Read those two numbers again. The better the game you choose, the more turnover the release requires, as the casino waits to earn a fixed amount and a generous game earns it slowly. It is internally consistent, and it is the only contract on our menu where picking the best game is the wrong move.

Both models agree on one thing: do not swallow anything until you know if the release is a multiple or a formula. A multiple can be split into spins. A formula just has to be endured.

All ten offers are listed side by side for the USDT casino bonuses, along with the turnover and expected cost of each.

Wagering requirements you can clear, and ones you cannot

A daily reality check of spins is a figure that no one in the industry wants to race. Here it is for the four formats where all the data is posted.

Turnover, maximum bet, clearing window and the resulting spins per day on a 100 USDT deposit
Casino Turnover Max bet Window Spins a day to finish
Razed 4,000 50 7 days 12
BitStarz 4,000 5 Not stated 800 in total
Mega Dice 7,000 5 Not stated 1,400 in total
Flush 3,000 0.20 30 days 500

Turnover refers to the published multiple by the casino applied to a 100 bonus, except for Razed, where 4,000 was read from the account. The maximum bets and windows are quoted from each operator's bonus terms. Flush allows 5 on its highest tier and 0.20 across the board, and the 0.20 figure is what most players will encounter.

Warning

Flush has the friendliest multiple on the roster and the hardest bonus to physically finish. Its 30x is the lowest of the eight casinos that publish one, and its 30-day window is the most generous. Then the bet cap arrives: 0.20 per spin, 3,000 of turnover, 15,000 spins, 500 a day for a month. At a comfortable four seconds a spin that is over half an hour of continuous play every single day, and any day missed has to be made up. The multiple was never the constraint.

Questions about wagering requirements

How do you calculate a wagering requirement in dollars? Toggle

Multiply the wagering multiple by whatever it is said to be wagered on, this gives you the turnover. Multiply the turnover by the house edge of the game you intend to clear it on. A 40x bonus requirement on a 100 bonus equates to 4,000 turnover, 4,000 turnover at a 4% edge results in an expected loss of 160, which is way more than the value of the bonus.

Does the wagering multiple apply to the bonus or the deposit too? Toggle

It depends on the casino, and the terms will specify which. Razed wagers both the bonus and your deposit, so 40x on a 100 deposit with a 100 bonus is 8,000 total turnover, while a bonus-only casino would require 4,000. The figure stated on the banner is the same in both cases.

How many spins does it take to clear a casino bonus? Toggle

Divide the turnover by the maximum bet the terms allow while wagering. Flush requires 3,000 turnover and has a 0.20 maximum bet outside of its top tier, which is 15,000 spins within 30 days, or 500 a day for a month. Razed's 4,000 at a 50 cap is 80 spins.

Do all games count towards a wagering requirement? Toggle

No, and there’s another multiple behind that one. BetFury Originals contribute 0.2, so a 40x wagering requirement effectively becomes 200x on their featured games. Mega Dice counts slots in full, tables at 20%, and dice, arcade and roulette at zero. BitStarz counts table, live, instant win, lottery and bingo at 5%, and progressive jackpots at zero.

Should I clear a bonus on a high RTP game? Toggle

Yes, at a casino with a fixed multiple. The turnover is constant regardless of game choice, and the lower the house edge, the cheaper, presumably, this turnover will be. BC.Game flips this because it releases the bonus based on the amount wagered according to a formula: a 100 deposit requires around 450,000 turnover on a 98% RTP game and around 1,800,000 on its lowest-edge originals.

Is a bigger bonus percentage a better bonus? Toggle

Not on the ten cashiers we've scoured. The most boisterous headline percentages belong to BetFury with 590% and Bets.io with 225%. One bets 40x with 0.2 coefficient on its own games, the other shows no multiple at all. The two offers worthy of being accepted are the two without match.

Every bonus we have read, in one place

This page represents the methodology. These are the ones that have the figures to operate on it.

The offers

USDT casino bonus compares all ten welcome offers against their multiples, time limits, bet caps and qualifying deposits, including the two that have no wagering requirements at all.

What it takes to qualify

A qualifying deposit is another minimum, and it's usually considerably higher than the cashier floor. The minimum deposit is compared with the floors, and the below-minimum guide details procedures when there is one.

I spent two years on the support side of a crypto payment processor, which is where I learned that most complaints are arithmetic somebody was never shown. Bonus terms are the same problem in a different costume. I read the terms, run the sum, and publish the working so you can check it against whatever offer is in front of you.
